Just the pan for stir fry I have gone through many woks, all of which have failed for some reason. I saw this pan and thought I would try it. It is amazing... heats evenly, excellent for sir frying or frying in oil, holds a hefty amount, and cleans up easily.

Need to use a lot of oil to keep from sticking I love this pan. It's perfect except that the amount of oil needed to keep the food from sticking is not good if you are on a heart healthy or any healthy regimen.

AWESOME! I've used it a few times now, and it's really a great wok! The handle doesn't get hot, however, the pan does get evenly hot throughout and it's easy to clean! That actually really surprised me!

Efficient and versatile We both love to cook, and this pan had to please both of us. Before you go on, be sure you have a place to store it. It is huge! It performs exactly as claimed. It is hot on the bottom and on the sides. The lid is tall enough to cook almost anything, and the handle stays cool, just as the company claims. We use it to stir fry and sautee mostly, but if you cook for more than 2 people, I can imagine that you would use it all the time for almost everything. One great feature is that it is big enough, and the lid is high enough to use it with our bamboo steamer. I am so glad we bought it! We both love it.

A Joy to Cook I have used this wok shaped pan for soup to curries as well as stir fry. At first glance it looks too big to cook for 2 people but the flat cooking surface and the high sides make it such a pleasure to cook anything. It takes up some space but is beautiful enough to leave on the stove. I have ordered another for my sister.
