The light fixture is heavy, and looks good. The glass is a slight yellow, and emits a soft light at night. The intensity is not real bright, but I plan on changing from halogen to led which they make in the G9. Installation is tricky with the base plate, due to all four side screws need to be aligned to tighten down securely. The glass fixture slides down into the housing, with two metal strips to secure it verticaly. I had to adjust mine, because after a wind storm the glass fixture was leaning outward. Overall, the price was good and it matches our slate stones around the pool so it worked for us.

This are outdoor lights that look extremely well and are not cheaply made.

I think this is a great looking fixture with the slate and oiled rubbed bronze. My H.O.A. approved it easily. I have had problem in the past with the halogen bulb damaging the glass. I only use low heat LED replacement bulbs now.

I bought three of these for our home, one for the side door and two for either side of the front garage. I cannot believe how many compliments we've had on these. They are really smart looking and I love them!

It is an attractive light and we needed a low profile close to wall fixture because of the opening radius of the security door. The lamp burned out very quickly. Don'[t waste your money.
