Fine although a bit more flimsy than I expected.

Doe what it is supposed to do, no curling or warping.

This rug pad is a bit thicker than most of the grid style pads (as opposed to the solid felt pads) that I've encountered. I think it adds a bit of cushion under our large seagrass rug. No noticeable odor and easy to trim to fit with standard scissors. We needed a large size and the thicker material folded up for packing took on deep creases. So it did take some effort to lay the pad flat and smooth the creases enough that we could roll out the rug. In retrospect, I think it would have been easier if we had spread out this rug pad first and left it for a couple of hours to "settle" and then rolled out the rug. But it wasn't a major hassle and might happen with any large rug pad, so that's more of a tip than a complaint about the product.
