The cover is not washable and bad material. They didn't do good job for the cover as they did for my Cal King last 2 years. I don't recommend this mattress. It's hard to return and expensive charge for return.

I've had this mattress 7yrs now and it's just as comfy as the day I got it! I ordered the firm due to back problems and it helped immediately!

The mattress is not 2.5 yrs old and it is nothing but a sack of uncomfortable foam that is painful to sleep on. That's how much you would get for a cheap mattress I guess. We are both less than average weight and the mattress could still hold up only for a 2 year period. I would not waste my money on this and would not recommend this to anyone unless you are looking for throw away mattresses.

This mattress in medium firmness is the best mattress we have ever purchased. it's a bit scary to buy a mattress without trying it out, and since you cannot return it once opened unless it is defective, but it was worth the risk for me given the great price. I bought this same mattress 8 years ago and it finally wore out and needed to be replaced, so I just bought another one and it did not disappoint. It does not need another memory foam pad on it like innerspring mattresses tend to need, and it is good to go shortly after it is unpackaged. The way it is 'shrink wrapped' makes it easy to get it on the bed and open it up. It was a bit heavy but manageable (I'm a woman and I don't work out or lift weights!). The firmness is just right, not too soft and not too firm, and it works well for me and my husband as he likes a firm mattress and I like it a bit softer, and this one suits both of us.

this was an excellent choice for the king bed. Our friends had purchased this about two years ago and still really were happy with it. We are happy with it as well. It is weird when you receive it in a box, but it does what it is suppose to do.

2 years ago, I was diagnosed with disc herniation and was advised to buy a firm memory foam mattress for my back pain. At that time, I purchased comfort dreams QUEEN size firm mattress and it was really comfortable. This year I bought a KING bed and ordered a firm king size mattress. This time, I am extremely disappointed with the purchase. I spent over $* to buy it and it has already become very soft in many areas and I tend to sink in the mattress while sleeping. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS MATTRESS AGAIN!

We've been using our new mattress for about 3 weeks now and love it. My husband is a big guy and I don't feel him roll over or move ever. We put ours on a platform on top of two banks of storage drawers and it fit perfectly (no box springs). Plus, you can beat the price.

Everyone complaining about sunken mattresses should really look into getting the firm option, getting a better bed frame, or investing in a nutritionist. People shouldn't blame a well made mattress for lack of health choices and or lack of care for products. I have had this mattress in the firm option for 3+ years, weighing 125 pounds at 5'7" and partner weighing 210 at 6'2". The foam is in the exact same shape as when we first got it almost 4 years ago, the exact same great shape. It is an incredible mattress and I keep it in top shape with the bamboo mattress protector offered on this site as well. Highly highly highly recommend this mattress in the firm option specifically, you cannot beat the amazing quality for such an incredible price!

Really wish I had gotten the soft version. I ordered the Medium because my husband really wanted something a bit firmer that you don't sink in but this is to hard causing both of us stiff necks and back pain. What a mistake! I had the same mattress in Soft in Queen size, but we needed a bigger bed and thought that since I loved the Queen version we would love the king just as much. Regret my purchase!!! Will be looking for another bed. $*wasted!

This is the 2nd of these mattresses I have bought. I have had the first one for 5 years and it is still in perfect condition. It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I have the firm and I highly recommend it. Guests also remark on how comfortable it is quite frequently. I think this is a great buy on all levels.

I have bought this mattress in various sizes for five different bedrooms over the past few years. We have this King and two full sized in our beach rental and renters leave comments on how comfortable the beds are. That's a true review. I believe we bought the softest level, because I read how firm the others are but I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

i have it for more than 10 years and is almost new looking. only complaint is firm is too firm so i always have an extra topper to soften.

Second one!! went to king size and it's just as good as the one I have had for 5 years

Was fine for first month and then noticed mattress was relaxing at areas where our torsos lay. I don't think it's even six months old and we are already looking to replace it. Big disappointment.
