Okay, this is worth the money. Not sure how long it lasts, but it is fun. I have had similar lights that didn't last very long. So far this one is holding up. So if you are looking for some different lighting, I would recommend it. One thing with this one is that my cable remote volume button turns it on and changes the color. Really not a big deal but something to be aware of.

Gave to my daughter for birthday; she loves it!

Bought to use as extra light in hot tub. Broken.
