a tad awkward to assemble - but works great

They're nice. I even ordered a second set. What makes them on the 'cheap side' though are the flimsey hex head screws that hold the fuel compartment to the post. They fall out easily if you aren't careful when loosening the screw to mount the tank (the top part holding the torch fluid.) It doesn't matter anyway though because as soon as you tighten the screw it strips out. Out of 4 screw, one (1) was NOT stripped. The point is I had to track down 3 sheet metal screws that would fit in the holes that the screws that come with the torch in order to get it close to right. Chances are you'll need to have your own screws ready too. Just the same, I don't have a lot of time to just go out from store to store or even mess with it online. So I ordered a second set: they're 'that' okay for the sake of convenience. I would prefer "NO HASSLE," these are 'Some HASSLE." I keep a lot of screws around though and I know how to fix stuff, so if you're not the handy type, and you've got the time, I'd look around a little for something that will be minimal to NO hassle AND look good. Truth be known, if it makes anybody feel any better: I've found similar inferior quality items at high end stores, same merchandise, same shoddy workmanship, same product, same manufacturer, only with a higher mark - up. These will do, that's why I went ahead and ordered a second set. Except for the screw holes that strip out so easily, the die-cast is pretty sturdy and they're overall, ehh, okay JUST not 4 or 5 stars worth of 'okay.' The tank also sits a little crooked, no matter how hard I tried I could not get the tank to sit straight and pretty. It leans off to one side a little
