BEWARE: The manufacturer does not stand behind their product and customer service is HORRENDOUS so if anything breaks after 90 days, you can't even pay for parts. They want you to shell out another thousand dollars for a brand new set. From a distance, the set looks great and seems to be holding up to regular use. I've owned it for over a year now and have enjoyed it. Up close you can tell that it's cheaply made. My table wobbles because the base was slightly warped when I received it. Whenever I buy larger purchases like this, I always worry about whether or not the company stands behind the product in case something breaks. I saw people in the Q&A asking about getting new cushions as they get dirty or damaged only to be told by Great Offer Stock that they do not sell them. Well I took a risk and bought this set anyway. BIG MISTAKE! One year later, I have lost a cushion. Surely this happens from time to time, how hard can it be to get a replacement cushion? Apparently it's IMPOSSIBLE. After many frustrating calls with Great Offer Stock trying to get a replacement cushion, they told me to call the manufacturer. I was transferred from one customer service agent to another until finally a competent agent put me in touch with the Replacements department. You can only talk to them through email. Great, I thought...the replacements department can surely get me a new cushion. After much back and forth pleading them to help, they simply refused to send a new cushion and kept citing their "strict 90 day warranty". I offered to pay for the cushion and shipping, kept pleading with them and it became clear that they just don't want to help their customers. The brand Christopher Knight Home is manufactured by Noble House Furniture. I will never buy anything from them again. Great Offer Stock should really pressure their vendors to stand behind their products. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

These was one of my best purchases on Great Offer Stock and well worth it. My only critique is I wish the cushions were a little thicker and softer but for our lifestyle and amount of time we truly spend sitting on them well worth the price we paid. It also looks beautiful

It was delivered perfectly. Easy to set up. It looks contemporary and beautiful on my deck. Would definitely recommend.

The product itself is great. I read the reviews and expected the color to be more brown than gray, which it was (which was also what i was looking for). Super easy to assemble. The issue was with shipping. Dont count on the estimated shipping date. I took half a day off for arrival since we live in a gated community and someone had to let the delivery driver in. It didn't come. I contacted the company and got tremendous run around. They weren't even listening to what I was saying. It was incredibly discouraging. We were also expecting company that weekend to put it to use, so we had to make do with what we already had, which wasn't much at the time. The company then moved the shipping date to 5 days later so I planned another half a day off. But then, it arrived in between the first and second delivery date. Thankfully a neighbor let the driver in. My husband texted me when he got home and said it was sitting on our front porch. The product itself is great. The cushions are thick, more so than others I have seen. I love the geometrical shape of the table. Too bad we had shipping issues or it would be nothing but a positive review. Glad I didn't have to miss another half day of work, but had a neighbor not let them in, I don't know when I would've coordinated it with the company. So long story short, great product. But don't count on the shipping date.

The cushions are horrible. They're too light weight and don't stay put. They're uncomfortable and won't stay clean more than a week. I tried to wash the covers and they come unravelled in the wash and the seems all come apart. I feel like I was ripped off. Don't make the same mistake. Just don't.

The packaging was fantastic on this sofa! It came in 3 boxes total with no damages. The weave is tight on the sofa and feels to be of good quality material. I really like that the cushions have zippers to make cleaning easy. I am going to purchase a cover for it due to the West Texas sun. Over all I am very impressed!

Arrived promptly and the set could be great, but the cushions had unfinished seams that I will need to send to be sewn shut. The wicker had holes in it. For the price I would have expected more. Not impressed.

I spent months shopping for patio furniture, got this and couldn't be happier with it!

So....it's nice. Easy to assemble.. However the color of the couch is not gray like shown, it's really dark gray almost black. The cushions slide off easily also. Table is lower than expected but all in all its ok. Not great.

Picture is deceiving. Smaller than I thought. Still nice tho. Also, was missing cushions in which they are sending me soon I hope.

Only thing to the say worth noting is that its not very tall.

Color looks absolutely nothing like light grey picture. I specifically took so much time to search for the perfect grey color wicker set that was in the style and shape that I wanted and the photo was everything that I wanted but in person the set looks brown and very dark compared to light set in the photo! It had sort of a grayish brownish tint. It completely screwed up my decoration theme I had. It came in two shipments and too all day I waited until 7 pm one night and then they dropped off the rest of the shipments at 9:30pm when I was already in bed and did not even ring the doorbell. My neighbor saw the boxes outside my door. Completely unacceptable. I am surprised Haven't seen anyone mention anything about the major color difference in the few reviews that I read. I am guessing people are not as particular about color as I am. The set is sharp and decent enough quality for the price. A little smaller than I thought it be but that's fine but the color is way off. After the trouble I I went through just to get the package I don't even want to deal with trying to get another set.

We bought this for our sunroom, and it's perfect - low profile doesn't block the windows, the cushions wipe clean very easily (important with young boys and the indoor/outdoor nature of the room - especially with light colored cushions). Perfect that it is configurable to fit the space, and while the sections of the sectional "float" just a little, the securing clamps work just fine for the type of furniture this is. Very happy with the set.

This set looks great, and I really like that its low profile, very comfortable. My only complaint is that the cushions aren't white white, but more of an off white. Get lots of compliments on the set!

It's very comfortable. Grey really is off white. Sits lower than we thought.

Great quality! Easily washable. I did scotch guard (just in case) but had two incidences where I needed to wipe the cushions prior to this and it came right off! Muddy paw prints!
