I ordered 2 of these shelves to put on each side of my fireplace and I couldn't be happier with the quality and appearance! The wood shelves are actually darker then they appear in the photograph (which I prefer). I was able to put them together all by myself and it probably took only an hour. I really like Christopher Knight's pieces.

I'm pleased with the bookcase. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. It looks good and holds a lot of books. It had a strong chemical smell when I first opened the box, but it went away quickly.

I love the look & it was easy to put together! It did have a strong smell coming out of the box but, after 12 hours it disapered.

I want to get another one! It was so easy to assemble and looks much more expensive than it was. Great for a more casual room.
