I ordered the Finlay Fabric Chaise lounge in dark teal. The color is exactly what I have been looking for. It is beautiful! The bottom part is very comfortable however the back is a bit too low. I read the reviews and most all agreed that it was a good height if you were under 6'. I am 5'4" and it is just a bit too short for my neck to be comfortable. I would recommend the chaise lounge if you are less than my height. I put it in my bedroom instead of the living room and it is just fine!
Love this chaise Lounge. My place to relax and watch my movies or just TV. Very relaxing. Everyone loves it.
Love the color, but the height is low. Chaise very comfortable
These lounge chairs are soft and comfortable.
I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The chaise is very comfortable and nice-looking. It gets a lot of compliments from our guests. It's perfect for reading. But it may not be as comfortable for tall people. My 6 ft tall husband did not enjoy it as much as the rest of the family because the back is too short for him.
Don't expect luxury with this. If you are looking for something fancy and ornate, might want to look for something else. Sturdy, comfortable, and priced well. Easy to assemble. Only complaint is that the back is not very high. For a 6'4" guy, you have to slouch to rest your neck on the cushion.
I purchased the chair for my bedroom. I love the color, the fabric and the size. It is very comfortable and very easy to put together. I would have 5 stars but on the side a seam looks like it has come loose about an half inch. Not very noticeable and I can fix. It arrived this way and to much trouble to send back for something so minor.
This chaise lounge arrived quickly in a box containing two pieces plus legs. It was simple to bring upstairs and put together (I'm a 62 year old woman and it took me about 5 - 10 minutes). It is a beautiful soft dove gray color and is comfortable enough to fall asleep on. I don't remember the price I paid, but know it was a bargain. It looks expensive and elegant, even though I cover it with a plush blanket to protect the fabric (as it is also my dog's favorite chair). When I first set it up, I found that I had to sit up quite straight to feel that my back was supported. But I purchased a long horizontal decorative pillow and it supports my lower back so that I can lie down. It's a perfect chair for reading or watching TV, or napping!
This arrived disassembled in a large box, although not as large as I expected. The feet are made of dark stained wood. and the back is fastened to the base with 5 long bolts. It comes with an allen wrench for assembly. There is a decent amount of padding, and the chaise is fairly comfortable, HOWEVER, Two of the dark wood feet are chipped, showing the much lighter wood under the stain. To me, not a huge deal. I'm more concerned with the sturdiness of the actual piece of furniture. I don't expect that this is going to last very long--every time I or my husband sits in it, the back bends backwards and the base seems to bow a bit. The first time I sat on it, there were some wood noises that concerned me a bit (light cracking maybe?). I know that if we decide to keep this, we will have to be VERY ginger when sitting on it, for fear of it collapsing or breaking apart entirely. I'm fairly certain this *** could have been better spent elsewhere.
This piece looks much more expensive than it costs; very comfortable chaise, however, I do have a pillow for my lower back because it is quite curved in that section. If you are very tall, might be a little on the short side. I love the soft micro-suede fabric. We're very satisfied with this chaise.
Very easy to assemble and comfortable.
This chaise is very comfortable and a great color. Our decor is in this color scheme and the gray of this chaise is perfect. It’s a great size as well - not overpoweringly big for a room. We keep it in our office/library area.
I ordered 2 of these chairs about a month ago and one of the chairs is already starting to break. I noticed when I put the chairs together it was hard to screw the legs in properly and although they give you rubber pieces that screw on the legs to help balance them, it is still not enough. I am pretty disappointed in the quality and how long it has lasted (only 1 month) for these chairs to start to show how cheesy they really are. I love Christopher Knight's other furniture, but probably won't buy any more chaise lounges from him again.
I am really pleased with this chaise lounge. It was relatively easy to assemble, looks terrific and is incredibly comfortable for the price. I purchased it in teal and the color looks just like it does on the website. I highly recommend.
Totally worth every penny! It was so much cheaper than one I was looking at at **** and it was totally worth it!
Perfect completion to my personal serenity room. I was worried about the color match, however, it was perfect & it's quite comfortable. When I allow the family to come into my space, the first place everyone wants to sit is on my chaise lounge!
So soft! I can't wait to finish the room so that I can sit back and relax in these extremely soft to the touch chairs
LOVE LOVE this pillow!!! A perfect addition to any room. I use it as an accessory in my living room, on the floor adjacent to a very large and contemporary rug. I love it so much I would order ten more! :)
I purchased the berry color and am pleased with it's lustrous rich tone. It coordinates well with my southwestern tan, turquoise and burgandy sofa. I've owned the chaise for a year and it has held up exceptionally well, no wear or tear of the fabric, no creaks or weaknesses between the seat base and adjoining back rest.
I absolutely love this chaise.. very comfortable and easy to put together
