This painting (print on canvas) invites an absorbed interest in its visual suggestions like a first great paragraph in a novel. The more you look at it, the more you see. I needed something to hang above my living room mantel, but it couldn't be a square or large 'tall' rectangle, so I chose this shape - a narrow, horizontal rectangle, which is perfect. The colors are neutral with only the barest hints of dull rusts and golds. This grouping of trees is well-composed, and the misty shapes within the woods do not fail to bait the imagination. I would definitely recommend this item to a friend!
Wished it was a bit larger but very pretty canvas.
