Very powerful with 1500CFM. You can adjust the hood speed and take off panels for cleaning. The only problem is the web site is not so easy to navigate and you need to buy an outdoor hood part that you don't know how to match the internal part. I had to call the tech supports to make sure I buy all parties. The installation must be done by contractor.

Have used Broan several times in kitchens and have no problem with the company. Very sleek design yet you can use it in several styles of kitchens. Cleans easily, no rust problems and installation is good. The led lights are small and don't stand out, light touch to control, I feel the fan is powerful enough on low and medium speed.

Great range hood
I purchased the Broan range hood about 3 weeks ago. My contractor did not have any issues with the installation. The 3 fan settings are great. At the highest setting, it's a little loud but definitely doable. Love the sleekness of the design and I like the fact that there are 3 light settings. Great product!

I wanted a professional looking hood but needed a recirculating option as I didn't have a way to vent the hood outside. Broan offered that option. The hood is awesome! It's effective at removing smoke and odor, isn't terribly loud and looks great. Very pleased with my purchase. My contractor installed the hood so I'm uncertain as to the ease of installation.

This junk first came with a defective fan that worked for a day after paying to have it installed. Then when the replacement came the fan was fine but the light was f d up. So the 3rd circle around the airport just arrived...will let you know how the THIRD ONE WORKS. Absolute junk...sorry we got this.

Hello lowee, this Broan model has a telescopic flue which accommodates ceiling heights from 8Â’ to 9Â’; with custom lengths available upon demand from Broan. Unfortunately the chimney is not wide enough for your specifications. Check out item number: 4348470. The chimney is 12 and 3/4 inches wide.
