Some great knives in here.
I bought the full set for a few months back and we've been very happy so far. They came in good shape, but after a couple months of use I took these bad jacksons in for a professional sharpening (cost me 20 for the full block) and DAMN they can get a serious edge on there.
The Good:
-Great price for a full knife set, and including a bread knife was clutch
-The clearly Shun inspired handles feel great in the hand
-Once sharpened they're very easy to keep honed and working great
-The included santoku knife is my favorite knife I've ever used (I'm no pro, but I'd challenge you to find a better performer in this price bracket)
The bad:
-Block does not have room for the bread knife
-The shears are garbage, I just replaced them with a $20 set of Wusthofs
-You probably won't find yourself using the utility knives (both serrated and not) a ton, unless everything else is dirty, but hey for the money a couple extra knives never hurt anyone
