Very versatile, we do a lot of Chinese food now ( Mongolian grill) veggies, meat, eggs- anything goes!

It rusts very easily. If you live in a cold climate, do not leave it out over winter or you'll have a rust pit come spring. Make sure you season it with cooking oil, regardless.

this thing rocks... everybody that comes over is super impressed... Top heats up to temp in under 5 mins. plenty of cook space. nice even heat, easily controlled. greas trough could be a bit better design. If you put it on a deck, just make sure to have a good mat under the front, keep grease drippings from fouling your deck...

We love hibachi style cooking and so we purchased this to try it at home. This Blackstone is Amazing!! Gets hot very quickly and cooks essentially everything without sticking to the griddle. Highly recommend it to anyone who likes grill or griddle cooking without the hassle of a regular grill

what an excellent product...we can use this for so many things. If it wasn't for the oven I would replace the stove in the kitchen

Was so pleased with the griddle, Didn't realize it was cast iron though, but that's fine even better, seasoning very nicely. Cooks evenly and clean up is also easy. Best purchase I have made. We cook a lot and this makes it very easy. I made toasted cheese sandwiches for 10 people and it was great only took me 15 minutes for all.

Could be made a little sturdier, but it a very good grill for the price.

Hands down very nice unit just a minor ribit came loose underneath burners but it work beautifully!! Love it .

Perfect edition to the backyard. I threw out my conventional gas grill once I got this. I seasoned it and now NOTHING sticks to it. I am in Culinary heaven.

Amazing product. I have seen this fired by charcoal but the gas is very convenient and allows for even cooking. Very easy to assemble and of high quality. I recommend purchasing the heavy duty cover that is made for this. It has straps that buckle to hold it from blowing off in the wind.

Very heavy cook top. Easy to assemble. Steel top is seasoning up nicely and will cook as good as an old black frying pan in a short time. I'm very happy with this purchase. I would compare this griddle with "professional" style ones costing 2x to 3x as much.

I entertain a lot for family, friends and employees and own various BBQ's, commercial smokers. When I added the Blackstone griddle to my lineup, I immedialtely thought I had gone to chef heaven. The Blackstone griddle is such a breeze to use and can really pump the food out. Stir fry, Gyros, Philly cheese steaks, fajitas, breakfast and the list goes on........... Very much worth every penny, this griddle is easy to clean up and allows you to cook almost anything. You will not be disappointed if you purchase one of these! I have two of these griddles side by side and cannot imagine my life without them now!

I purchased a 36" Blackstone griddle at greatofferstock.com in June and I'm having trouble with the top, it is bent down in the middle and all the grease accumulates there and does not drain to the side causing it to overflow from the middle of the griddle and fall under where the flames are, I'm afraid the grease could catch fire. I sent Blackstone and email and I'm waiting for an answer for a solution.
