Light is right! To say that this vacuum is light is an understatement!!! Not only is it extremely light, but also very durable and powerful. I had been looking into a new vacuum for a while now, (whether to spend extra $$$ on a robotic one or not), and to say the very least I'm very happy with this one. I knew that being a Black+Decker item I was sure to have found a reliable item but was hesitate at such a low price point for vacuums. Boy was I wrong. When expecting to spend ***+, I sure did luck out with little guy at less than ***! The first night we used it, I could hear all the things being sucked up that our old vacuum had previously missed and we has to vacuum just about every night after a four year old who makes lots of crumbs. All in all, a great item, and a real value at such a low price point.

lmh Don't waste your money. Second time to use it and a blind cord got wrapped in the beater bar for seconds. Now the beater bar won't work at all. Be careful on even low nap carpets, snagged the heck out of mine.

This thing really sucks This is a no frills sucker! Our Dyson could not remove dog hair from our rug like carpet. It is super lightweight and easy to maneuver. I hope it lasts, but for the price, I will buy another if it quits. Only complaint would be the drum fills too quickly- even before it gets to 'MAX FILL' line, I can notice performance decrease. Update 8/25/16 The stupid thing broke- no power to it when I plug it in. I guess I got what I paid for afterall

T I almost did NOT purchase because it was Black and Decker. But, after reading the great reviews I decided to give it a try. I am in love with this vaccum cleaner, great suction, light weight, the swivel base makes it easy to maneuver around, does not take up loads of space, it is bag less and easy to empty, amazing price for this outstanding vaccum. I would purchase again and again.

Works very well Vacuum is excellent for the price. We use it in our office and for vacancy cleanings at our apartment complexes. Not a bad little unit for the price. Only complaint is that you can't store the tool onboard. Very lightweight and easy to carry. Good purchase.
