Pleased I needed something to coral some shoes and "hide" them as it was going to be placed in my bedroom and, frankly, I didn't to see the chaos. The directions were clearly written by someone that doesn't speak English naturally, but these weren't rocket-science. Build each shelf, stack the shelves, pull the burka looking cover over the top and tie it to the legs. Fully assembled, it's still light enough to easily move. Not only did it hold the dress shoes that needed a home, but I still had shelves to store a collection of purses. If I needed another one, I'd buy this again.

Easy assembly and all covered up This unit went together so easily and is so compact yet roomy that I'll be ordering one or two more. Make sure that your first set of plastic corner connectors all go the right way (with joint on top to receive the metal spacer bars) and you will have no problems. I really like this and plan on using it for greeting card inventory, as I make and sell greeting cards. They will remain dust free and protected from the light. To the person who said they had left over parts, you may not realize that there is one extra level on the top which has no shelf fabric. There are 10 shelves and and extra frame level at the top to keep the cover off that top shelf. I'm glad I bought this.

Does the job and easily assembled We needed alot of shoe storage and this fits the bill. No staring at open shelves of shoes. The cover is a thin fabric. Covers the whole unit completely. Not heavy duty but practical for shoe storage. Does fit running shoes and heels depending on height i guess. Overall very pleased. We bought 3 racks. The frame is made from metal tubes and plastic connectors. Having the cover makes it look decent compared to having shoes on a regular open rack.

Missing a "shelf" I thought it had a bunch of leftover parts (rods) until I realized it was actually missing a cloth shelf! It works without and wasn't worth the hassle to return it. But it is roomy and although time consuming to put it together, it was very simple to assemble.
