This rug cleaner has more than paid for itself. Does a great job, and makes my living room rug look brand new. Is so easy, I end up cleaning all the rugs downstairs when I get started!!!!

Not impressed. picks up poorly.Does not deep clean. is more of a surface cleaner if any thing. Do not invest in this.

Doeso a decent job. It's very heavy and kind of hard to push. Not good for smaller area rugs. Pulled some of the threads out of my small rug:(

As soon as this was delivered I cleaned by hall carpet where the dogs lay and sleep. I was amazed at how much dirt came out of the carpet, it looks great!

I had my carpets cleaned professionally three weeks ago, am fostering a puppy and puppies will be puppies so I bought this Bissell Cleaner and check out the photo of what came up in the water of the container. I couldn't believe it.

I've only used this machine a couple of times, but it is so much lighter than most - making easier to do our stairs, etc. We have three Bassett Hounds, and eight kids, so this comes in really handy when those "spots" appear. I do like Bissell over Hoover - we've gone through a lot of vacuums. :+) .

Is the most easy carpet cleaning I ever had

I was actually worried at first because the water storage in this is alot smaller than my previous carpet cleaner. However, the smaller size of the carpet cleaner is perfect for storage. The smaller water storage is not a problem at all. This cleans good and i am very satisfied with results.

This is light weight and cleans well. Happy with my purchase.

Cleans great....even the heavy traffic areas (with Bissell's 2X Cleaner).....also dried in an hour (with a floor fan blowing on it. It was very easy to assemble and the auto clean/dirty water tank is amazing ! I will never rent a carpet cleaning machine again.
