After we received our sink, we noticed a chip out of the glass on the inside rim of the basin portion which was sharp to the touch. After a couple of calls to customer service (the first call was over a holiday weekend). We received the new sink in a timely manner. It is a very modern sink and fits wonderfully in our bathroom remodel. Will buy from Great Offer Stock again.
