This headboard came in several pieces with plenty of hardware (except the bolts to attach to a metal bed frame). It went together quite well until the last piece, that pretty top piece called the "crown." It required 8 cam lock screws, one in each end, 6 at various intervals through the middle. These screws were to fit down into pre-drilled holes in the headboard, itself, then lock the crown on with cam locks. The end holes lined up fine, the 6 middle holes were all about a half inch to the left off, making it impossible to attach with these screws inserted. Fortunately, the crown was solid enough with just the two end screws locked on. I gave it a "good" rating because of this, but I really like it, and didn't want to take a chance on trying to exchange it. The completed headboard is beautiful.
