I love the product. It is good quality and very comfortable. Unfortunately the bean bag was supposed to be blue and we were sent a dark grey. The bean bag was so stuffed in the box that we had to rip the box apart to get it out- so I didn't even want to bother thinking about attempting to find a box to fit it in to return it.
I have had my bean bag for a bit more than a year now and still enjoy it. It is a bit tough to get the cover off and back on for washing. Otherwise it is something I recommend.
