This item arrived broke in two places. Their customer service gave to conflicting solutions. We finally just gave up and decided to buy a new bed in a store where we could see if first.

The bed was fairly easy to put together..per my husband. The piece were heavy to carry by myself but manageable. The color true to picture. A dark gray not as dark as a charcoal. Seems to be sturdy with the supports.

This is absolutely gorgeous! It looks much more expensive than it is. It was the center piece that I decorated around. Definitely an awesome buy!!!!

Great bed the price is great

I got a great deal on this bed so I was happy about that. Unfortunately there was a few spots on the side rail that looks maybe like stains from the glue? I will contact customer service about it to see if they can help.

Boxes arrived damaged and open. Some parts are missing I had to buy more bed supports because 2 came out of the box. Boxes arrived in different days. I haven't installed it yet but I'm very disappointed. Bed looks nice and well constructed but you will definitely need more bed supports.

I love this bed it is very sturdy and goes perfect with my mirrored décor for my guest bedroom...easy to put to together as well

Bought this for my daughter's room, elegant and sturdy bed. Highly recommend.

The nail head trim looks very cheap up close. Rather than have separate nail heads, it runs together in one piece. From a distance and in pictures, it looks fine. It works for now, but will probably sell soon and upgrade to a higher quality headboard.

We purchased this for our Master bedroom - it is perfect! Great quality and color. And after looking through hundreds of bed frames....this one is a fantastic value!

I like the frame and headboard (queen) wellenough, though I have a SleepNumber (queen) adjustable bed. I found that the movement of the bed when I am adjusting it does not fit within the bed frame as claimed. I solved this problem by leaving the headboard free standing and moving the rest of the frame a little towards the foot of the bed, allowing the little extra space I needed. I used a couple of small pieces of wood to make some "makeshift feet" to hold the"headboard end of the frame" up so to be level with the end of the bed frame. If you do not like "jerry rigging"some thing to work, then a queen sized adjustable bed (at least a SleepNumber brand) does not fit in the frame properly when you try to adjust it to different positions.

It looks nice, but it isn't very sturdy. The headboard shakes A LOT even after following the directions and screwing all parts in very tightly. Also, it was shipped with a piece missing and the bed was sold out when I contacted them for the piece so they couldn't send me the piece for like 3 weeks. That whole process was really a pain. I woulnd't purchase it again, but I guess I can't expect GREAT QUALITY for this price.

Love my new bed. It went together easily. The bed comes with three pine slats. Because I am a larger woman, I substituted in oak boards for the slats. The bed looks great in my room.
