I should have read the reviews before I purchased the bed because they were correct. When I purchased this bed the expected delivery said in 1 week. I waited a week and it still had not shipped, so I waited a bit more. Finally, after sleeping on the ground for 2 weeks I cancelled the bed and asked to not ship it. 2 weeks later I received this bed after cancelling it, which was poor material quality by the way as all the other reviews stated, and had to send it back. Not happy with their factory or material at all.
Read MoreVery well built at a reasonable price and relatively easy to put together. Would definitely recommend
Read MoreWe got a walnut-colored (the lighter one) frame in the king size. Pros: - It's really nice looking, in my opinion. - The color is beautiful. - It's pretty sturdy! - The price is decent. Cons: - As other reviewers mentioned, the size of the frame is bigger than a king size mattress. I saw it in the reviews before I bought this frame, and it doesn't bother us that much. I included a photo of the gap. We just put some pillows in there! - The supports for the middle are a little awkward. Also included a picture of that (excuse my husband's big old feet!). I didn't expect to see another post in the middle of the bed... but it still looks alright. - A few things didn't fit together totally correct during assembly. We fixed it, though. Overall it's nice so far! For the price, it looks very nice. I've had a lot of Ikea furniture and this frame is nicer than that, so I'm happy. ;)
Read MoreEasy to put together. I think it took us 30 mins from the time we opened the box to the time I had the bed remade. A little higher than I had originally measured, but I actually think I like it better. Sturdy. Good quality material. I'm very pleased!
Read MoreThe bed frame looks great, but the support system is cheap and didn't work. The bed would constantly move slightly which caused the support legs to tilt and fail. I had to built a new support system and it was a pain in the butt.
Read MoreThis bed is not designed well and broke on the first night we slept in it. The middle support does not easily attach securely and causes a significant lack of support.
Read MoreThe instructions are very poor. They do not tell you what tools you need to do the job. A tiny hex wrench is included that is practically useless. If you buy this bed, make sure you have a good hex wrench and power drill. It is comfortable and sits a little higher than most platform beds.
Read MoreAfter one week of use, the small wood posts underneath the slats used to support the mattress collapsed. We properly screwed them in following the instructions, but the wood is of such poor quality that it looks like it has distintegrated along the screw area, and the screws just popped out. This has been rendered completely unusable.
Read MoreThis bed is not worth the price. It's poorly made and a little big all around for your average Queen size mattress. My main problem with this bed was the underside middle railing. The wood pieces you screw in to the middles piece were not secure; they bend every time you roll over. And you must have a rug under there if you don't want it to slide around at the slightest touch. It's basically pretty to look at but so poorly made it's not worth the money. Great Offer Stock will not refund after 30 days so I'm stuck with it.
Read MoreWhen I first got this, I was pretty pleased. It came packed nicely and was super easy to put together. After a few nights of sleeping on it, I've had a change of heart. If you are going to do anything aside from sleep (wink wink), this bed won't hold up. The middle support screws in, but not tightly enough and certain repetitive movements will knock it loose very quickly. (and we're talking Tuesday afternoon style activities, not even Saturday night mayhem, if you catch my drift.) The balsa wood slats are weak and sag easily. It's been 6 months and I am needing to replace this bed.
Read MoreThis bed looks nice, is sturdy, very well made, and easy to assemble. It has a lot of slats for plenty of support, and they are held parallel, spaced exactly as needed for easy installation. Our bed was damaged during shipping, pulling each side rails out of one leg, but we were able to pound it back in place with a rubber mallet, so we fixed the problem rather than returning the bed. Also note that it is not designed to have a headboard attached, though it can be done if you are handy.
Read MoreMy 4 ft 8 in daughter asked me for a kings size bed clearly overkill for her size but her and her two big dogs sleep comfortably. Easy to put together by herself. I would recommend for fist bed and the storage underneath is awesome
Read MoreEasy to set up, Holds the mattress well, I would recommend this simple bed frame,
Read MoreThe finish is literally peeling off after 4 months of owning this bed. It is super cheap and wobbly. Not worth the money
Read MoreSturdy. Looks Nice. Good buy for the money.
Read MoreGorgeous, classy looking and sturdy. Exactly what I needed.
Read MoreIts slats are not solid to respond to any one who has heavy weight, because they are not thick enough to conquer. To assemble it is not so hard, we can do it ourself.
Read MoreThe rug is beautiful and was way cheaper than any other of the same quality
Read MoreThe finish is glossy, it rated it be more natural looking. Also the frame itself is about 3 inches longer then our bed, so it sticks out. so there is a huge gap between the end of the frame and the end of the bed. Not happy about it.
Read MoreThe pieces of this bed are not made well....very difficult to put together. Way too much money for the quality.
