First, let me say the piece is very nice looking when finished. I would have given it a better rating, except for the assembly process and a few defects on the piece when it arrived. I had the wood split in a couple of areas near the bottom of the legs when I screwed it together. I did not over tighten the screws. Fortunately, when installed you don't notice the splits. There was a small chip on the top piece just above the door openings. A little white out took care of that. My biggest complaint are the somewhat "lack of detailed" instructions; mainly on the top section. There are a lot of pieces to put together. I have never had any issues assembling anything I have ever purchased before, but with this I did. Kudos to the son on the review down the page. You must be an assembly whiz! There are two ways to install the top cabinet front and rear cross braces and unfortunately I installed both pieces wrong and had to pull the cabinet apart twice. A note added to the instructions to place the indented holes of the top cross piece facing towards the front of the cabinet and another stating that the small wooden block which holds the magnet on the front piece should be on the backside/inside of the cabinet would have helped. The detail of the photos in the instructions in this area is lacking. It ended up taking me over 2 1/2 hours to put together. I will mention that the instructions say that it's a two person job. This is very important to consider before trying to assemble it by yourself, mainly due to the fact that it's meant to be assembled in it's entirety and then has to be lifted over and behind the toilet to set it in place, mark holes in the wall to secure it and then remove it again to drill the holes in the wall. Another indescript part of the instructions; not giving drill bit sizes for that part of the job. Needless to say, I'm single, I live in a rural area and didnt have the luxury of a second pair of hands, so I built the bottom, laid it over the toilet and then built the top section separately. In the meantime, breaking off both corners of the bottom piece (1 of 3) backing made of thin pressboard when rolling the piece over on my floor to tighten cams. I can't blame that on the manufacturer, but a little warning added to the instructions is another thing I think may be thoughtful to the consumer. Fortunately, when you sit a towel or two on the shelf, it doesnt show. I may end up cutting and gluing another piece of backing or something else and placing it there.
