No instructions - ONLY USE ON MEDIUM HEAT! Don't use these without reading up on grilling sheets online. They come without any directions, labeling etc.. I put them on my grill, threw some steaks on and went inside to get my tongs - came back out to an inferno because my grill was too hot. You aren't supposed to cook on these over a medium heat.
