The multiuse of this item is not to be believed! We have cats and I was afraid that they would jump on a floor unit and flood the house. This unit works perfectly because they have no interest in hopping up on it! Cold and hot at a simple touch, great tabs for pouring! NO NOISE AT ALL WHEN RUNNING!

Doesn't keep water as cold or hot as some of the larger more expensive units out there. But, Over all it works.

Not as cold as I'd like and kept tripping my outlet. So instead of getting a convenient counter top unit, I have it sitting awkwardly on a end table. If I had the choice I would've opted for a larger one. Still works decent though after switching the outlet. Not sure what happened.
