Deducted one star for the piece blowing my fuse on occasion...

I purchased two of these small water heaters for use in two professional office building restrooms. One worked perfectly. The other suffered a leak after about three months of use which ruined a $*** carpet, 80 feet of baseboard, a bathroom vanity, and cost me over $*** in employee overtime to remove the water. Still in the process of repairing the damage. However, the second heater is working perfectly, at least until it springs a leak too but I am attempting another one, hoping that the first flawed tank was a fluke. Wish I knew how to get it returned and replaced by the company but don't know how to do that and we have to get another one right away.

The unit does not lend itself well to installation. The electrical conection entrance is not good. The unit itself is okay, but is easily overwhelmed. I only use it for hand washing and small amounts of water in the sink in the shop. So, it is okay. However, I have a hose connection to outside for pet washing, etc. The unit cannot keep up with the flow.

Put in small camper and it would not get water hot. Waste of my money and time.
