This is the second purchase of this item because the size is for individual portions and I was making two servings. It leaves the veggies green and moist. They are visually appealing as well as tasting great. From freezer they are cooked in 2 min or less and this utensil retains the heat beautifully until they are served.

A friend has one of these, so I knew I would like it. Works beautifully for spinach and cheese omelets. I beat the eggs with a beater before using.

It's stoneware, so it works as advertised in the microwave. Only thing, I wish it were bigger.
