I purchased the sectional and ottoman approximately 6 months and when delivered the cushions were stored in a zippered section under the sectional which is pretty cool since that zippered section can be utilized when relocating and keeps the cushions nice and neat, all components were well packed and there was no damage upon removing the packaging. The sectional is very firm and sturdy, the fabric is dense and of high quality not at all thin or flimsy, the cushions are also firm which will prevent sagging. The color of the grey is on the darker side which for me was exactly what I had hoped for. The accent pillows which were also included are nice size, decorative and well made. The ottoman is very well made and sturdy looks great as an accent piece with the sectional. Our living area is only 18' x 15' and while the sectional is very long it doesn't overwhelm or crowd the space. Overall the workmanship and quality on the sectional and ottoman far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a sofa which seems it will last a very long time.

I love this couch, but I'm very bummed the craftsmanship isn't what I felt I paid for. The right side is higher than the left, and when hooking the two pieces together is very noticeable. I ended up using zip ties to hold the legs together and a rug underneath helps keep the two pieces together. The support beams in the middle of the two sectionals also do not touch the ground without DIY tweaks. The couch itself is a bit firm, but I don't mind that to keep its shape and is still quite comfortable. It's a sharp piece and fits well in my long, narrow living room as a statement piece. Pair it with an oval coffee table for the best design. Overall, you have to look closely and get creative how to minimize the imperfections, but still disappointing for a couch at this price.

I really like this sofa. I didn't like that delivery is only to your patio or garage. I had to unbox this behemoth myself (I'm 60 years old). I tried to move it into the house by myself, but this was not possible. I had to get help. Two people can easily move each section. It comes in 2 pieces (4 if you count the arm rests/end pieces). All the pieces attach with metal male/female type connectors. This should be simple, but it is not. Getting the pieces aligned and getting the 2 metal pieces to actually touch is not easy. The armrests are fully attached. The 2 pieces of the sofa are not - they are only attached in the front. The metal pieces in on the back rest will never touch as the sofa was made with filling that wrapped around the edges of the back, so the metal pieces cannot reach one another. This does not appear to hamper the function of the sofa, but it is disappointing. The color is a great neutral, more on the gray side, but with taupe tones. It is great for piling on the pillows and, I find, necessary as it is deep enough to need some support if you are shorter. To me, this is just one more creative outlet for pillow displays. I have fallen asleep on it and there was plenty of depth for that too! I should give this piece only 4 stars, but I find it to be unique, it makes the room. It got 5 stars, even being poorly designed because of its other redeeming qualities.

This couch is captivating! It has a 1950’s flavor with a modern appeal. The hue could be manipulated to a gray or tan depending upon your room’s accessories. The curve of the couch is very unique with deep seating. The structure is very sturdy and firm yet comfortable to cuddle up on with a good book. This is a statement piece for any room.

Great couch! Goes well with my mid century modern look. Not a plush couch. Aloes be aware that the back is low and offers little neck support. Overall, exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend. Was able to accessorize well with this couch.
