These rugs look ok (the classic/vintage look of a nice rug is there), however much lower quality. Mainly, like many other people have said, these rugs are not heavy enough, they are flimsy and all the corners stick out. I have had these rugs for about 3 weeks and still have that problem. Not only is a give away of "look alike rug, not the real thing" but my main concern is that they are a tripping hazard. I have had heavy objects on all the corners of these rugs since I received them and they are better but still sticking out slightly, so still a tripping hazard to my guests.
Additionally 2 of the matching runners that I bought (I bought a total of 6 rugs, all same design/pattern) had defects at the edges: the loop of the stitching was not finished and it looks like the edges are coming apart, so I will have to saw those areas by hand so the thread does not come apart in the future. A second runner also has a defect on the edge, as if the sewing machine went over the same area twice or three times, making the edge visibly uneven. I have placed a plant on top of one edge and tried to hide the other corner, but obviously not thrilled about these issues. I paid good money and did not buy these rugs at an outlet, so I expected what the pictures were depicting: nice rugs with no defects. I don't blame Great Offer Stock, because the rugs are shipped directly from the people who make the rugs. So maybe Great Offer Stock needs to deduct some of the money that they pay the rug company.
This is my second purchase from Great Offer Stock and I did not like that my 6 rugs came through different couriers, without having made aware of this before: 2 rugs arrive via UPS to one address, 2 others were delivered to my address by USPS and the rest delivered to the actual USPS office near me. When I was delivered the notice to pick-up the rugs at my closest post office they would not release them to me unless I paid *** When I called Great Offer Stock about this they were nice about it and agreed to credit me for the post office fee, but I was explained that the rugs handled by the USPS first were sent to them via FEDEX, which in turn delivers to post offices for Great Offer Stock, instead of costumer's homes. Knowing this makes it seem to me like a big hassle and hard to keep track of all your items, if you order multiple items like I did. I literally had to chase these rugs and there was a difference of 2 weeks from the moment the first 2 rugs arrived to my house and the last 2 runners. I had guests for the Holidays and I had mismatching rugs because not all 6 rugs had arrived yet.
So overall 3 stars because although I am disappointed the rugs look pretty.
