Do no hesitate to buy this chandelier. I LOVE it! My husband and I just installed it yesterday. It is very stunning and makes a statement! It's hanging in the foyer. I have regular height ceilings and it does not hang too low. The color of the metal is not completely solid black. It has some wisps of metallic on the black which gives it dimension. I was worried that it would be a boring matte black, but it's not. I bought LED candelabra bulbs off a well known website, as I wanted 60 watt bulbs, not 40 watt light the big box stores carry. Make sure you attach all the crystals before installing it to the ceiling. All the components were packaged very well. There were no missing pieces. They give you a few extra pieces, one being an extra crystal tear. I'm glad they sent an extra one because one was chipped around the hole that is bored into the glass and I did not think it was sturdy to have it hang over head. The only trouble we had installing it was getting it level. All you have to do is adjust the bracket screws that attach the ceiling cap to the shade. It wasn't too bad to get just right. Enjoy the pictures!

The assembly instructions are virtually useless, but the illustrations help. The color description of "antique bronze" is not accurate; fixture finish is actually black. Very attractive small chandelier.

Casual Elegance, Casts Amazing Light
Purchased this light to replace a 1961 chandelier in our fixer-upper that was much too fussy (and old) for our modern design remodel. I was a bit skeptical that it would work out with the price being so reasonable. but it looks just stunning. We were going for casual elegance. Our ceilings are 8' so we wanted a chandelier that would not hang down too low. There is an option for flush mount or semi-flush mount in this light. I chose the semi-flush hoping it would cast light onto the ceiling, and it did not disappoint! Our electrician installed the base and I installed the glass pieces, which only took me about 15 minutes. VERY PLEASED with this purchase.

Looks better online
Bought and returned. Was disappointed with the quality and overall look of this light. Was able to see the staples used to hold the glass to the round. The supports between the ceiling top and the base just didn't stay straight. Overall look was cheap and did not at all justify the cost of this item. The light looks very beautiful online and would have been a nice addition to my foyer. Thankfully Great Offer Stock returned this item without issue.

This is a beautiful chandelier. I have it hanging in my foyer. I have received compliments by everyone who has seen it. Was a little tricky getting the crystals on but it is so worth it!
