Nice griddle Nice color, design, and like the spatula. Smaller than I expected but works well. A big fan of Anolon Advance cookware and this griddle fits in well with my other pots and pans.

Why the hump? This griddle is well made and cooks evenly but, for reasons unknown to me, has a hump in the middle which makes it very difficult to cook on. Trying to fry eggs or cook pancakes is challenging because they slide down to the edge of the pan. If it was flat like it's supposed to be, I would give it a 5.

Great product This purchase was a replacement for the same item that we have been using for years. We love this griddle and its nonstick properties. This replacement seems to be a little thinner than the older model, but I have seen no difference in performance.
