Dishes chip very easily and have black scratch marks all over the inside.

Love these, I bought them to take photographs of food for my blog and they never disappoint.

Ordered 2 sets for gift for family member, very lightweight, 6 out of 8 cups were chipped, not packed well.

I ordered3 - 16 piece sets which came in 3 boxes. Each box had cups or bowls that were broken! So disappointing to take out the first piece, love it only to have to return them all because I couldn't even make service for four! So, beautiful dishes if you can get them delivered intact.

Nice dishes for everyday. Good value for the money. Worried that they may chip.

These are light weight as previous reviews stated but I like that they're sort of shabby chic and it doesn't matter if they get a little knocked around, they still look stylish on my table with my kitchen decor. Good price, too!

Plates are nice a little smaller than expected

This Victoria dish set looks amazing, ivory colored, disappointed how thin the ceramic is, very fragile. First shipment arrived damaged during shipping. Return process was simple and easy.

I used these dishes for Easter we had ham and where one would cut up the ham it would leave the cut marks in the dish not to happy with that.

These have been returned. The quality of the stoneware is very good, but also very heavy and large..

The American dinnerware is of very inappropriate quality. The coating on the bowls were chipped and I was afraid to us them, so I had to throw them out, the cups where much the same, the paint was chipped around the top lip, I felt I could not use those either. Out of the service of 8, I had to discard 4 out of each, leaving me with a place setting for 4, when I ordered a service for 8. I am very disappointed in the quality that you are supplying. I will not order again any dinnerware from you and I will also tell my friends who order from you as well. I would not even rate this dinnerware as I feel it is unsafe to use. I feel that I should be refunded for the set I had to throw out, or I would like you to send me another service for 4. It is a shame that the people you use , don't take more pride in their work. These dishes are very nice and great for everyday use as they are not as heavy as they look. They are a good size and weight.

I love the look of this pattern- It's just what I was looking for. On the other hand, it is NOT good to use in the microwave. I read this in a previous review but thought maybe the reviewer was overreacting. I wish I had listened. If you try to heat anything for more than one minute, the pottery becomes too hot to handle. Buyer beware.

I ordered three sets of these and every set had many pieces that had defects. There are bubbles or black specs in the glaze on almost every piece. The plates are very light weight and seem hollow which will end up breaking very easily. Every cup and bowl has a seam in them where they were molded. Overall the quality is extremely poor. They are also made in China so it has me concerned that there could possibly have lead in the paint or glaze. I will be returning these and don't recommend anyone purchasing this set!!

LOVE these dishes. Simple and elegant all at once. The weight it perfect too. But just a warning. If you put the cups in the microwave, the handle will blister your finger. The rest of the cup is fine. So I just don't put them in there. Otherwise, I love these dishes.

I very satisfied with this purchase, I bought two sets. They arrived as scheduled with on problems nothing broken or chipped, very well packaged for shipping. Love the vintage look, and the size of the bowls and mugs.

Lovely to look at. Put it in the microwave & the plate/bowl becomes too hot to handle without oven mitts. Also decorations are not completely glazed, apparently. Dirt & water collects in the empty spots. Sorry I purchased this. Will have to replace the entire set soon.

These dishes are very pretty and the mugs even look normal size. However the plates are all so thick that they take up more than twice the room in both a cupboard and a dishwasher that normal dishes take up! And the bowls are more of a serving bowl size. Like I said, they are pretty, but they are just huge! My husband said they look like a stack of waffles.
