I want one for each end of my living room. I was hoping to be lampshade was wider.

This lamp is really great. It looks much more expensive than it is. I love it.

This is a good lookin lamp for the price. The color is almost black, but in direct light you can see some bronze. Lowering and raising the lamp is not difficult, but it is not as easy as you would think. You need to tilt the lamp to either feed the cord through the base or pull on the slack from lowering the lamp. I raised the lamp as high as it would go and it was very sturdy. The shade is not white and thus makes the light softer. If you are looking for a very bright lamp, you either need to replace the shade or look for a different lamp.

Perfect for my living room...looks great! Neutral so would fit with any kind of style/furniture. Easy to assemble. Would recommend

Pretty lamp, no problem putting it together though changing the height is a bit of a pain.

These lamps are great for our needs. They give off plenty of light for reading.

I absolutely love the look of this floor lamp. It's unadorned straight lines and curved shade are perfection. The heft of the lamp confirms quality construction and the ability to adjust the height (when first arranging the location) is a plus. I think I expected it to be always adjustable but the cord would be loose if that was the case. It appears as the picture (except better!) Very easy to assemble--took about 5 minutes.

My husband and I have very different decorating styles. He prefers more modern/contemporary whereas I like traditional/shabby chic. This was the one lamp we both agreed on and it goes along so well with our decor. It gives off decent light and I have already ordered a second one to put in the adjacent corner of the room. Very pleased with this purchase.

it's just ok, in my opinion. you have to lift the entire lamp when you want to extend it so that the cord will lengthen. plus the three-way switch only gives me two-way light. i threw away the box so can't return it. plus, i learned from buying this that i don't like lamps that i have to put together. so i'll keep this for now until i can find something better.

This lamp is stylish and the materials are good quality, with the exception of the lamp shade which is on the cheap side.

This is nice quality and especially like the adjustable feature. It is a simple design which fits into our decor nicely.

Easy to put together, very sturdy. The round shade is both modern and classic. Note: the shade is listed as white but it's more of a natural/beige linen color. It still works well with my décor, so I'm happy. Also, it is not a very tall lamp, even when fully extended. Again, it works well for my space, but it's worth noting.

This is a sturdy, good looking lamp, for a really reasonable price. Well made, adjustable, simple to put together, plus it has a three way switch.

The surface is a very shiny/glossy dark brown/black which does not show up in the photos, not an oil runned bronze. The form is nice, the shade is fine, but the lamp starts to lose strength as it gets extended. When lit, the light is nice and since I have it behind furniture, the base (the most shiny part) is hidden so the overall look and quality is OK.

i ordered this lamp for a small bedroom turned wine room. it is such a nice lamp for the price.

This is a pretty and simple lamp. Looks great in our living room.

I was hoping for a higher quality. The lamp stem is screwed together, not one piece. The oiled bronze color had a "too shiny" artificial look in my opinion. I had bought two and returned them. They were slated for a living room and I wanted better quality so I bit the bullet and paid higher prices at Restoration Hardware for high quality. If I had been buying these lamps for a less public or formal space then I may have kept them as I did like the styling.
