They stamped the numbers of the pieces on the front facing of the boards. The nightmare is the instructions. I have put hundreds of pieces together but something told me to read these instructions. They are wrong on every step you have to know what you are doing and even then it's a nightmare. Would not buy this again and would not take it for FREE. IDIOT'S wrote the instructions. That is a fact !!!!!!!!

I ordered the darker one, but it is actually very light wood. Holes weren't predrilled, instructions were nonsense (such as use of a power screwdriver will make it easier--uh how about predrilled holes will make it easier), the colors are much duller than the picture makes them appear as well.

Was pleasantly shocked at the quality of this item. Bought it for our granddaughter for Christmas and she was thrilled with it!

So glad I bought it. It's in a room thst I designed in an updated mid century they mod style. I have it mixes wiry many patterns. Even though some colors in piece ate not in the room. The colors thst are stand out. So if you have a lot of blue a day to yellow. Thsts what will pop. Others will simply ado interest. A dad give you ability to add other color accents in room if you wish. Couldn't be more perfect.

Like the title says, you'll need it to make up the mistakes made on the instructions. Mislabeled screws, illustrations incorrectly drawn. You have to nail boards on the back without pilot holes or any guides to keep the boards from shifting. One nail broke thru the white surface so now there's a hole inside the unit. And you could easily miss the alignment screwing down the legs, I made sure I did it very carefully so the legs were attached with accuracy. I think the price should be knocked down to *** because it feels like it came out of *** . Also the alignment on the doors is very iffy. You have to have a lot of patience just to get them down right. But even if you do, they'll still be misaligned. Oh and don't get me started on the front view of the unit. All of the part numbers are digitally printed on the front of the white border. You can easily see 05, 07, 02 and 08 on a bright sunny day. What ever happened to using stickers with numbers? Did they run out or something? Why digitally print the numbers on the surface.. This is an engineering student's first project which was done over night to get a passing grade. Someone took the plans and actually put it in production.

This is an OK piece. Fairly poor construction, doors don't line up well and adjustment on hinges is nominal. But, for the price it's fine. Mostly bought for pattern on doors, and that part is nice.

Buyer beware! I have assembled countless furniture pieces over the past few decades and this was without a doubt the worst experience I've had. Out of the box the back the back panels were cracked in multiple places. The assembly "instructions" are virtually worthless. Components are mis-labeled or not labeled at all. It takes a fair amount of intuition to determine how the parts and pieces actually go together. The fit of the components is shoddy. The doors don't align and are out of plane. It took 3 1/2 hours to assemble and it was not fun. And the final kicker is the materials are out-gassing formaldehyde. I will be setting this out on my front porch to see if the cabinet "airs out". You've been warned!

I saw similar credenzas on another site for around $***. They were clearly better quality, but I purchased this for staging purposes only. I replaced the legs with hairpin legs. It is flimsy, but I gave it 4 stars for the price and how it worked for me personally.

It's a beautiful console table but much shorter than I was expecting.

I thought this was pretty easy to assemble if you have assembled furniture before. My order came with extras of each screw/hardware and a clear count of how many were needed to complete the project which was nice. You absolutely need a drill to assemble. The biggest problem is that there are printed numbers on the front of the piece (they help you assemble the piece). This is really unacceptable. Who wants printing on the FRONT of their furniture? Unfortunately there is no way to reconfigure the pieces to fix this. Oh well. A piece was also chipped upon arrival, but thankfully it faces the back. The assembled piece is not particularly sturdy. I wouldn't put a TV or something on it, for example. It's good looking (aside from the printed numbers), though.

don't buy - crappy quality... looks and feels cheap

While assembling this product, the screen to attach the leg broke and was stuck in the leg. I asked for part replacement and they send another screw-- I can't do anything with extra screws because the leg is still no good with the screw stuck in it.

When all is said and done, this piece is super cute and fits well with the retro/mid-century theme. As for putting it together, it lacks much to be desired. The instructions are only illustrations. There are no written instructions. After much trial and error, I finally got the piece together. The numbers ARE written on the panel pieces, just very lightly. I highly suggest flipping through the entire instruction booklet and laying out the pieces as it will appear when finished before installing any hardware and putting it together. I will be buying paint and caulking to cover up holes that are in places they aren't supposed to be...

The WORST FREKIN Product. Do NOT BUY. The construction is v v v v poor. Worst Engineers.

The material is cheap. The side of the table broke when I tried putting it together. I wish I could of read most of the reviews myself before purchasing it. Might look good online but it really isn't worth the hassle. I would recommend another purchase instead.

Bought this for office to store some items inside and place microwave on top. Looks great and have had many compliments. I am pleased.

(White/Yellow legs) OVER A MONTH to deliver one without as much damage to the front doors & legs, the last one has part #'s printed in BLACK INK /non-removable on 2 of the FRONT pieces! Returned. Took 5 days...ironic.

Cute for inexpensive piece. Assembly instructions not good and hardware not all correct but we got it done.

A great accent table. Fun colors.
