the table is great, love it.

I love the table. It comfortably fits 5 chairs. Can fit 6. I assembled it myself very quickly but needed help turning it over. If I didn't have someone to help I would pay the extra delivery fee to set it up because it is heavy.

Attractive, clean lines, deep dark brown color coordinates well in a variety of settings. Veneer evenly applied, no bubbles, nicks or scratches. Heavy, quality item. Don't normally need white glove delivery but certainly helped for this weighty piece. Recommended.

I really love this piece for its look. The interesting thing is the table top is really heavy and the bottom is a hollow "cone" and you just drill them together so assembly is easy. It's the physics that seemed funny. Overall this is a great buy!

This table is exactly as pictured. Fits 6 chairs around which is perfect for our family of 6. It is solid and very heavy. Very nice table.

After our designer picked out this table on another website, I was really pleased to find it much cheaper on Great Offer Stock. The style itself is great and really modern. I have only had it for a couple of days so I can't attest for the durability, but it does seem to be well-made. I think the interior construction is solid wood and the surfaces are a wood veneer. With the top and bottom put together, it weighs about 250 lbs. We had a couple of issues with delivery and assembly that you should be aware of. First, Great Offer Stock delivery via freight carrier. The local freight carrier only sent ONE guy to unload the boxes into our house. The poor guy really struggled because the top and bottom each come in a separate box and are heavy! My husband and I were able to get the pieces out of the boxes. They were packaged really well and arrived in perfect shape. You have to invert the top and then attach the base through the bottom, then flip the whole thing over. Unfortunately, in flipping the thing over, despite using padding on the floor, the weight of the table caused the edge of the top to dent slightly. It's not really noticeable, but unless you had 2 or 3 really strong men who could totally lift it up all at once, I just don't see how this could be avoided. This is not something a woman living alone can put together herself. The difficult of putting this thing together made me give it 4 stars instead of 5. I really wish it arrived like a couch-- all put together. I was really worried about size. We can fit 6 standard size dining chairs around it, but it does seem to be a bit crowded. We opted to keep 5 chairs around it and a 6th just on hand if needed.
