Rated it good only because the texture is not quite what I usually get. Don't know how to explain, but it looks more like very fine sand. Other Whey looks more powdery. Does not change the taste or any else. Very vanilla tasting. I mix it with pancake batter and put it in cookies. This compensates for the small amount of protein from meat consumed. Sometimes make an egg, whey and baking powder pancake. Not as light and fluffy as the flour type, but I make small ones and they remind me of cookies.

I wanted to try s different Whey Protein powder from my regular Whey To Go - chocolate brand. That stuff is very good. This stuff although it says it has "zero aspartame", It taste like it has a lot of artificial sweetener in it. I mixed only one level scoop with 8oz of Almond Milk, and I had to add water just to make it drinkable. Maybe I'm spoiled by my regular brand but this one is sweet. It's a shame. I will have to finish it so I will continue to thin it out with water and maybe try half a banana to cover up the artificial taste.
