Item was short. Neck massager ended up around my shoulder and I am only 5'5" also heater never felt very warm

You can't beat it for the price! There does need to be a bit more support in the lumbar area, and it tends to be a bit noisy, but I love it!

Great for relaxation, when sitting for a long period of time. I put it on my desk chair at home.

Being able to use on flat surface and vehicle is great. Could use more lumbar padding.
