The shipped product was old packaging. Which is probably why the relaxer wasn't as effective. The relaxer was dried out and formed hard chips. I was lured by the reduced price. But you get what you pay for! If you want to try this French relaxer, buy new.

I really like the Phyto relaxer, I had recently dyde my hair and didn't have any breakage.

This product break all my hair. Trust me, just stay away.

i like the relaxer; i have coarse hair and it gets my hair straight and based on the ingredients, i think it's better for my hair than other relaxers (even though I don't know it). Although it says that a box can relax your hair twice, I have never gotten 2 uses out of a box -- Great Offer Stock has the best price that i've seen. i do recommend if you're looking for a relaxer that's allegedly healthier for your hair.

I have psoriasis of the scalp and this product has done wonders for me. My scalp does not get irritated and flake up like it use to. I will never use another relaxer product again. This stuff is great and it really works. I have long thick ( really thick like a bush) hair and it straightens my hair like you wouldn't believe. I always get compliments on how healthy and bouncy my hair looks.

I know this is Great Offer Stock, but the product was so old it had crystallized. Stars aren't against the product. I've used it before and I love it. It's pretty much a texturizer for my hair which is what I want.
