Glad that Panasonic still offers parts for an older Arc 3 razor. It's my understanding that the Arc 3 is still manufactured, but it has been redesigned. Anyway, the foil and blades for my model fit right into the shaver head, everything worked great right out of the package. It's like the razor is brand new again. Shipping was fairly quick as well, so no complaints!

The old blades I had were still functional, but shaves seemed to be taking longer and longer... especially if I'd gone 2 days without one. These were shipped quickly to me, and the price was better than anything I found on ebay or amazon. Changing them out was simple, and now my shave is like new again. Shaves have always been adequate, even with old blades. Now, however, they're excellent once again. Highly recommend getting new blades...

Purchased for ES8013 shaver. Yes, it's a great product BUT trying to get product compatibility information online and by phone was an exercise in frustration. I spent half an hour on the phone with Panasonic Customer support. Spoke to two people (put on hold several times); both were polite...but of NO HELP! It required more time to research online, finally getting the correct info on a 'competitor' site. PANASONIC needs to FIX their website as I'm sure many people are just giving up and buying a competitor's product (which is what I was about ready to do). Once I placed the order, everything was great: shipped quickly, arrived in good condition.

My husband purchased the WES9013PC about a year ago. I kept "borrowing" it. When he told me he needed a new blade, I looked on line and found the blade but also found a new razor. We both have a razor now. I love it. It's great and I like to use it wet for a closer shave. Washing the razor is a must for smooth, clean skin.
