It was a great Buy when I get out of my chair I'm really realized

I have a chronic shoulder and neck pain, this massage chair really does a good job in massaging my problematic area.

I really shopped it out before picking this Osaki 4000 massage chair. I had someone come set it up for me. It is Amazing! Everyone in my house was lined up to use it. I liked the appearance, the sturdiness, all the massage choices, the zero gravity and heated option. This is a great machine at a good price. Buy one!

Have had the chair for 2 weeks and have used it everyday except one. It loosens and relieves tension on the strongest backs. I have been heavy lifting for 20 years and it's strong enough for me. 'My favorite position is the second zero gravity almost negative position where my feet are elevated above my head. It can be literally adjusted in hundreds of different configurations. It also has reverse rolling and kneading in an easy to program keypad. I opted for the dark brown and it matches out other dark brown leather couches just fine. The heated seat and vibration for your hips and buttocks are well worth the investment in your health and well being. I definitely recommend it. Worth it.

Osaki is not a good company to deal with. I received a chair that the rollers were not operating correctly. Osaki sent a repairman to install new rollers. The chair is now worse than before. Next Osaki sent me a replacement chair. Great - except it is not new. It is a used demo chair that is in poor condition. It's been over 2 months since I paid for the chair and I have never had a properly functioning chair. Osaki refuses to refund my $ and now I have 2 junk massage chairs.

Fast shipping but incompetent trucking company when you try setting an appointment and they change it without calling you. Disappointing on overstocks part to pick such a poor freight company. Great Offer Stock blames it on trucking company trucking company blames it on Great Offer Stock.. Trucking company erases all notes for delivery and yet Great Offer Stock doesn't want to do anything cause they don't want to take responsibility for what they paid for. Would not recommended if shipped with Saia LTL Freight. Hopefully the handling was better with the chair having electronic components

For the price, this chair offers many functions... On paper. When compare to store brand massage chairs in comparable price range, the performance and ergonomics is quite behind. First of all, I bought this chair for my upper back and shoulder pain. The track in this chair has minimal curvature and no too conforming to your back, which make them pretty weak on the upper back. I have to manually set the chair beyond the angle of zero gravity setting( feet way above head) for the rollers to dig in. The rollers also don't come out far enough to "tap" or massage the top of the shoulders. Speaking of tapping, it definitely lacks oomph. At low, it feels like its pushing you side to side. At high, it feels more like vibration. This chair was advertised to have tons of airbags. The airbags for legs and thighs work better than expected. However the back and shoulders airbags seem to get in the way of the roller and just a big waste of space. The should airbags are quite narrow. I'm 6' 190 and I barely fit between the shoulder airbags. When they inflate, they squeeze my scapula together and the rollers just knead right on the bone, one of the worst design of the chair. With all that being said, its a half decent chair. Would I buy it again? Probably not. Do I use it 3 times a week? Hell yea! You just have to go customize your massage every time to fit your need and to get around the design flaws... And the preset programs are almost useless, complete random functions put together to call it a program. Go to a store and buy one that you can try before buying.

The only con I can say about this order was the assembly process. It took my husband and I an hour to do and it was somewhat a pain in the rear but the end result was worth it. You can customize everything on this chair. I love the zero gravity feature, it measures your height and body dimensions to give you a more customized massage. The seats can also be heated if you prefer to have that feature on. We love this chair so much we ended up getting another one so we can relax together!

Love this chair, the only thing I was not happy with is the fact that you have to put it together by yourself.

This Chair arrived pretty fast, was excited to get it, and tried to assemble it right away. The instructions are confusing , and areas that need assembling are hard to reach under the chair. Impossible to put bolts on screw , because there is a metal bar in the way that cannot be moved. spoke to customer service about returning it, they told me it was buyers remorse , because the chair couldn't be put together, and I was responsible for return shipping.I called back later and spoke to someone else, and am in the process of trying to get this chair picked up and returned.

I have already purchase an Osaki 4000 for myself and place it in the living room. No I plan on getting a 2nd one for the Master Bedroom. Call me crazy, but I am spoiled and need extra attention before I go to bed and watch a game or two. I give 2 thumbs up and a 10 on the board.

Best Present I could have bought my Father. I love him and wish I could be there for him more often. This was a way to comfort him and let him know that I am still there for him no matter what. Thank you, Chris

I purchased this particular massage chair after I got married recently. We were thinking of purchasing one even before, but we took some time to research in order to find the best one for us. We are pretty satisfied with what we got now because the massage itself is quite deep. I wish it was a little bit stronger, but overall we love it. I especially love the air pillow because I can feel the extra air bags, and it helps me relax. My husband loves when he reclines all the way since there is two stage of zero gravity. It hits more spots once he reclines especially his back area. I have some shoulder pains as well, and we didn't know how to get that point. When we called the customer service, they were very kind. Two people helped us by giving us very clear instructions and sending us a video link on Youtube. You should definitely check that out because it really helped us understand the chair better. The massage is not too strong as it hurts the bones yet it's strong enough to take care of muscle sore. We would surely recommend to our friends and family. This is such an amazing investment.

I purchased the OS-4000 Massage chair about 3 months ago it is everything a could of hope for and more! wish I would of purchased much sooner. I have a lower back problem and it helps after a massage to work a full day with out having any problems like I had before. I did have a problem when I first received the chair. and was taking care with in a week in a half after reporting the problem. great customer service I high recommended this chair to everyone Family & friends all over.

My dad recently purchased the Osaki OS-4000. He suffers from diabetes and has lots of problems with his legs and back muscles. He received the chair within 3 business days of ordering! The quality of this chair is amazing! Not only does it have 2 stage zero gravity, it can recliner about 5" further after the 2nd stage into an inverted position. He uses his chair at least 3 times a day and has seen an improvement in his circulation and overall health. my mom is now using it too! Called into customer service to get a new copy of the owners manual (as he misplaced the original) and they were more than helpful. We received it within a few business days. Overall, this has been a great experience. We would recommend this chair!
