I bought this item before realizing it can't be returned. It's difficult to operate and doesn't deliver the results I was hoping for. Too bag I cant return it. Waste of money.

What an over-priced scam of a product. Very disappointing. Only rolled in one direction, which made it hard to do both sides of head. Handle heated during use; and after In-styler was turned off, the handle continued to stay warm, suggesting faulty electrical design. Obviously I always unplugged it after use. After two months the In-styler melted its handle, and caught on fire, while pre-heating (I was in the shower). I did not receive return responses from the manufacturer; warranty was a joke. This product is going to catch someone's house on fire, or kill them.

It is perfect for everyday use and I would recommend it to anyone who wants their hair to look perfect every time.

I would never have made it through last summer with out it. My air conditioner decided to die during the hottest week of the year. Thank goodness I bought this. My hair stayed smooth, never got frizzy.

recommend using the little cloth like piece it comes with. . .keeps it from burning. it gets very hot, extremely fast. I like how I can have straight hair or wavy hair.

I've had this same straightener but I got it from ***. The straightener lasted me four years! It also did amazing works on my curly frizzy hair. I love this product! Will order again.

Very pleased. Smoothed and straightened my hair. I have thin curly hair and it only took maybe 7 minutes to do my entire head. I use the thermal guard because I don't have good skills with hair styling. Easy to use even for an amateur like me. The tutorial disc included was helpful. I like the heating mat so my counter doesn't burn. Great product. Highly recommend! My first purchase from Great Offer Stock.com. Will be buying more items from them.

A little too big, thus, the reason for only 4 stars. However, it heats really well and gets my hair done quickly. A 1/4 inch smaller would be perfect.

I bought this to replace the original Instyler....and it is perfect. It does come with the thermal guard protector, which is removable. I have fine, wavy hair and this straightens perfectly while still providing a little volume.

I really like the shine it leaves on your hair. however, to curl your hair, you have to manually wrap your hair around the barrel and hold it in place, be careful and not burn yourself like I did
