Feels good on face. I did not press too hard for fear of puncturing my face and drawing blood. It improved my skin tone after two uses. I plan on continuing use.

I use this once a month as recommended. I use Timeless Vitamin C serum after them my moisturizer. It has made a huge difference in my fine lines. I will continue to use it.

Please read instructions carefully cause it could cause pain...I advise a topical numbing ointment

It was just a little painful but I would probably use this product once a month and yes their are instruction on how to use it and keep it properly clean.

I was excited to use this and looked on line to find the best way to use since it came with no directions. The roller did not roll smoothly over my face and several times got "stuck" which caused a couple scratches. Maybe just a fluke, but I'll be returning it. Disappointed.

I saw this product on OS when I was surfing around one day so I decided to try it. I watched some YouTube videos on this procedure and have used it several times, but not enough times to see a reduction in fine lines. I will get serious about using this again. I spoke to a plastic surgeon about this as he's thinking about providing the service in his practice but I don't think it would be any different in his office than in my home. The only thing is they may use numbing cream. With these short needles there is some discomfort when rolling it, but not after rolling. I did get a small amount of bleeding which wasn't evident the next morning. But, I wasn't putting enough pressure on it to really dig in but enough to see puncture holes. There was slight redness in the treated area which quickly faded. Some of the videos suggested wiping it down with alcohol but alcohol takes at least 10 seconds of friction and isn't an instant disinfectant. I think hydrogen peroxide would do better for this purpose.

Need to use more regularly.

It feels weird at first but the benefits are evident immediately.

I started with the 1.0 dermaroller and I'm LOVING the results. I do it once a week, so far I've dermaroller about 5 times and my skin texture has changed DRASTICALLY!!!!! Acne scars have already started to fade and skin texture it more supple and radiant! I'm extremely pleased. Will continue microneedling once a week until I hit desired results, then maybe once a month for maintenance!!

Thought I would tryit at home since a friend had her micro needling done at a dermatoligists office. She paid Big Bucks. I do Botox regularly and have for years, LOVE it, but a little pricey. I am 53 and will try anything once, started using the M.T.Roller about 6 wks ago, do it twice a week on crow's feet;forehaed; laugh lines and MY # "1". I THINK THE PHILOSOPHY behind micro needling makes 100% sense. I have noticed a difference w/ the crow's feet, but not so much my #"1" and laugh lines. I will continue for a few more months, I know I have to be patient. Be prepare I do not use any numbing cream prior to the needling, it is a little painful, but my mom always said "Beauty is Painful" , which I am OK with, I am 53 and people tell me all the time I would win the contests at the Fair when they guess your age, I look 10-15 yrs younger. Bring on a little pain!

Started using this about a week ago but no improvements on my face yet.

So far... I am 5 days into using the Derma roller. It is a strange sensation, a little painful in thin skin areas but mostly just an annoying feeling all around. I am working to find the correct products to use to enhance the working of the Roller. All in all, it certainly does what it claims as far as creating holes, etc. I've noticed a slight change already after 3 uses. I am excited to see results after about 90 days or so. It's worth a try for sure! Do your research on which size needles to get. I used YouTube as one of my resource sites and many others. Good luck, great product!! Oh! And make sure you keep it clean & in its original case when not in use!! (My opinions are my own) :-)

I have used this at least 2x a month and my skin is almost flawless it's softer and I use coconut oil before and after.

I use this once a week and wake up to smoother skin. Love the price & the results!

First experience with a micro needle roller, so I don't have a ton of basis for comparison, but what I received was what I expected.

I ordered these since they were more affordable, but they aren't quite like the Rodan and Fields version. I think the needles are bigger, so it is a little uncomfortable, and takes a few seconds to get used to. Overall, it is the same concept, so I will continue using them
