No way to adjust the pressure.
I have mixed feelings about this. I had a heel fracture and major sprain with torn ligaments and tendons last year. By the end of the day, my feet are exhausted. I used a massage therapist in my recovery, but it can get pretty costly, so I bought this as an alternative. My major complaint is that the pressure is just too much. You can change the speed of the pressure, but not the pressure itself. This is a major flaw with this machine. Many times I just use the heat and the vibration which is something I could have gotten with a machine a quarter of the price. Even with the vibration, the pressure points are in strange places. Not really in the right places and I find myself adjusting my feet alot within the 15 minutes. At the end of the 15 minutes, my feet do feel better a bit, but I'm thinking I could have spent alot less for the same effect.
