No change Began using the product as well as increased my exercise and changed my eating habits. I am not perfect with my eating or exercise but I thought this product might give me a little boost for the days I didn't do too well. I take 2 pills 3 times a day 30 minutes before each meal. No difference. The only difference I have noticed is a sharp pain in my abdominal area which I cannot say for certain is attribute to anything, but it did start after I began using this product. I would get my money back if i could. Very disappointed.
