So-called refurbished unit was never really refurbished. It had a defective sensor. And footprints were still on it when I received it. After setting the FitBit Aria up, I got stuck in a "thinking" and "err" loop. After talking to Fitbit chat, they said it was a defective sensor. After that, Fitbit refused to help me, telling me to contact the vendor. Also, make sure you take screen shots when making purchases. They will pull a switch with the O rewards with *** specials.

After a week of trying to set this up each night for 2 hours i had to demand that the manufacturer take it back. With no factory box, or internal serial number removed it was very difficult.

Great scale, but not quite worth the price

Love it just not loving the number on the scale lol wasn't in a new packaged but it was really nice and couldn't tell it was used. Tell the weight and bmi and syncs to your app and Fitbit band.

Great product. One problem, it's hard to set up any instructions are incomplete.
