I used one of these in physical therapy. Laying your spine on it with your head supported doing angel wings. :) This is a good value, nice quality, nice price.

Works fine for me. I weigh about 175 lbs and roller is firm enough.

If you have never used one of these, you should buy one. It helps with sore muscles and even pops my back for me. I live on my own... so it's helpful when my back is hurting and I have nobody to massage or pop it.

Sent roller to my 90 year old mother who says it works. This one is softer than blue ones I bought for me-- for older person.

I use a foam roller at my chiropractor as part of my treatment for my back. It felt so good to roll on it during my therapy that I shopped Great Offer Stock for one of my own. I use it everyday! It is great for messaging sore legs and thighs and I use it to prop under my knees when reading in bed.

I use a foam roller almost every day for back pain,love them. Unfortunately this one stinks,after about 10 uses it started flattening and got lumpy. This roller is unusable now. I ended up buying one from ****** and it is very good quaility.
