This primer is white, not clear. From the first use it was think and clumpy. I had to remove clumps from the brush and my eyelashes. It made no difference in building lash length or fullness. Very disappointing and would not buy again.

This primer is the best used with Blinc mascara. It lengthens and thicken your lashes.

I bought a deluxe size one of these at Sephora and was looking forward to using it again, as I loved it. This one was definitely a different formulation because it was not at all like the one I got at Sephora. Works ok, seems to be drying out quick.

I use this primer under the Blinc Black mascara and it seems to work, but I have to put a couple of top coats of black over it since the white shows through.

This did not work as well as I expected. The $* L'Oreal primer works better

I used to sell Blinc products, but have not found them locally in years. I hate online ordering, and was nervous, until I received my Blinc!! Just like I remember!! I LOVE IT!! And such a bargain on here as well!!! I got the primer and the original black mascara!!

I really didn't like this product, it was hard to put on because it was very dry and started to crumble.

I've used the primer for years and always apply it underneath the Blinc mascara. I trust it and will continue to order it as I need it.

This is the exact product I paid a lot more for at my Dr.s office through their make-up line! The product is wonderful when used with the mascara . It helps with conditioning and you can even use it alone at night.

Only one I use. Love this stuff, and the price on Great Offer Stock (when you catch it at the right time) can't be beat!

Works amazing, just follow directions

I love this stuff! I already love Blinc Mascara but the primer makes my lashes plump up/look fuller. It makes your lashes so flashy and long they almost look fake!! Def worth it.

This primer works fine and I think is essential for Blinc Mascara. Put it on, use a clean mascara wand to break it up a bit, let it dry and then put the mascara over it. It's a little work but worth it. I don't use it everyday because it's not as quick as regular mascaras but does work well and truly does not smudge. Also comes off very easily when you want it to.

Works well! Lashes look like you just put your mascara on even after 12 hours.

i liked Blinc mascara but using the primer really did add volume and length. It made Blinc perform as well as any other mascara I have tried but with the addition that Blinc is so CLEAN.
