This chair is not worth $20.00, Its very cheap and has flaws. The case had a missing zipper head. I threw it in the dumpster. I would have been embarrassed to take it anywhere.

The chair is exactly as it was described. It is a big hulking massage chair, but compared to other chairs I have used it is amazing! It's extremely padded and sturdy while being surprisingly low weight! The chest bolster is wonderful for people with larger upper bodies. It adds a great deal of comfort. The case it came with is practical and efficient as well.

If you like substance over form, this is your chair. I've used higher-end chairs that look a lot more appealing-- nice colors, curvy design, etc. This is all black, and it kind of looks like a piece of industrial equipment. On the other hand, it is extremely lightweight, but very sturdy. It is very easy to get in and out of its bag, whereas the sexy, curvy higher end one I recently used was an all-day science project to get in and out of the bag. It's VERY quick and easy to set up. It's very comfortable for clients. My initial impression is it may be a little lacking in adjustments for the therapist. Specifically, it sits a little high-- which works OK for me-- I'm 5' 8"-- but if I were any shorter, it might be a little challenging. On the whole, for the price I paid, I'm very satisfied.

My mom and I bought this chair for my boyfriend as a gift for graduating from massage school. We purchased it based of the great reviews and high rating. We were not disappointed! This chair is so comfortable you could fall asleep in it sitting up. It is very adjustable to all shapes and sizes and packs up quickly and easily making it ideal for transport. My boyfriend loves it! At $$$ with no tax and free shipping this chair was a steal! I'd recommend this product to anyone.

It's a good comfy chair and the bag that comes with it is very nice and looks very professional. The only bad thing i can say about the chair is that if you drop the head rest down to close to the chest rest it digs into the "leather" and made 2 little holes in it.. :(... But other than that I think it is well worth the money spent.. we got a great deal with the coupons from O.

Well I am so pleased with this chair! I could not believe the size of the cushion compared to my old chairs. It is HUGE and so comfy to sit on. My first massage I did usuing this chair was on my mom and she did not want to get up after, she said she could fall asleep on the comfy cushions from this chair. People who use massage chairs, have got to try this one...you wont be disappointed!
