This is my 3rd Furniture of America purchase and I am very happy with it. Main reason for this particular tv stand was the storage. I have a 42 - inch tv and tons of dvds and things that I want out of sight, plus a huge wall to place this stand.
The stand arrived in two giant boxes, which my local *** guy was not too pleased with bringing to my door. This is a bit more tedious than Ikea furniture, but the same idea. All the parts and pieces come neatly organized. My recommendation is to open both boxes, get your instructions, and survey all the pieces, while placing similar types together. Then, for the hardware bits, label the plastic they're in with their letters. All this will cut down on the stress later.
All in all, I am very pleased with the stand, it looks much more expensive than what I paid for it. The only negative, that is true for all dark furniture, is the hand prints that remain if you touch the surfaces, but I love my dark furniture, so I have no problem with this.
