Luckily, I have not had to use this yet. However, it does provide peace of mind for my children whose bedroom is on the second floor of the house. It fits nicely under their bed and appears to be sturdy enough for them to use without any problems.

Ladder was difficult to mount and needed to be anchored for stability. I wouldn't recommend it for seniors. Thank you for the prompt refund.

I believe it will be one of my best purchases if it is ever needed. It's stronger than the window sills that I bought if for, so I hope we will never need it.
