I have been using this lens with a Sony A7 for two weeks now. It is a good mid-range zoom lens I have tried it for capturing wide-angle to portrait-length . In all occasions it provided a very sharp and clear picture without distortion . I was also pleasantly surprised perspectives getting a constant f/4 maximum aperture performance throughout the zoom range. Highly recommend this lens as lens for portrait and travel.
